Smart Trio For Turn Me Loose

A trio of weekend winners for ‘boom’ stallion Turn Me Loose propelled the exciting, triple Group One winning sprinter/miler further up the sires tables.
Of New Zealand based second season sires, the Champion son of Iffraaj holds a commanding lead in terms of stakes winners (5) and stakes horses (8) and currently sits in second position with prizemoney won (A$1.287 million), number of wins (29) and individual winners (21).
The burgeoning tally of individual winners for Turn Me Loose was boosted yesterday with an Australian double in NSW and Queensland.
The hugely talented Verbek, runnerup in the Listed The Phoenix Stakes in Brisbane as a 2YO, put on a commanding performance to draw clear of his rivals over 1000m with the Robert and Luke Price trained three year old easing down to win by three lengths.
