New Zealand's leading rider Danielle Johnson hit a major milestone riding 1000 winners on Rip Van Winkle mare Feelin' Fancy. The mare was able to stay 3 wide with cover and avoid all interference ( a factor that had been plaguing her in previous starts) and was able to show a nice turn of foot to go on to win impressively. 

Trained to the minute by Te Akau's Jamie Richards, he has always had an opinion of the mare and mentioned that she only needed luck to put her best foot forward. 

Bred and Owned by Windsor Park Stud, she is out of resident mare Frivolous who was a winner of 4 races herself and looks to have bred a similar mare to herself with Feelin Fancy.
