Mutatis Mutandis (Mastercraftsman) produced a sweeping late run to win the Nottinghamshire Oaks (2100m) in England yesterday to become Mastercraftsman’s 14th first-crop stakes winner.

Nottingham’s richest-ever race drew an ultra competitive field however none of the improving filly's competitors could match her irresistible challenge.

“Mutatis Mutandis has clearly done well from her winter break and I’m sure it’s very much ‘job done’ in terms of black type but she could be able to do it at Group level as well”, commented rider Luke Morris.

Trained by Ed Walker for Chasemore Farm, Mutatis Mutandis was purchased as a yearling by Blandford Bloodstock for 160,000 Guineas and is the third stakes winner produced by the Listed winning Darshaan mare Amathia.
